Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt as per taste
- 5 Garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, chopped in small size
- 3 green chillies, chopped finely
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- Few coriander leaves
- Few curry leaves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tsp dry coconut powder
Other preparation:
- Wash and cut the beans
- Pressure cook the beans for 2 whistles by Add some salt

- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urdal dal, chana dal and fry them until they splutter
- Add garlic and curry leaves and fry them for a while
- Add onion, green chilies and turmeric powder fry them until onions get transparent
- Add cooked beans and mix everything, close the lid and maintain the low flame
- Add red chilli powder, salt and coriander powder to it and mix everything cover the lid
- Add dry coconut powder to it and mix everything and cook for a minute
- Add coriander leaves and cover lid for a while And turn off the flame
