Simple and easy making of 2kg Mutton curry with step-by-step instructions and video 

Large quantity of making non vegetarian is difficult to do that to for beginner here is the instructions and video to do the recipe. Here we are keeping livers separate so that it doesn't overcook. Tomatoes are added for thickness of gravy.

Mutton curry consume time is:

Ingredients:

For marinate:

  1. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 
  2. 6 tsp red chilli powder 
  3. Salt as per taste 
  4. 3 tsp coriander powder 
  5. 2 tbsp turmeric powder 
  6. 4 tsp oil

For cooking:

  1. 4 tsp oil
  2. 2 tbsp jeera
  3. 3 bay leaves 
  4. 10 black pepper 
  5. 3 1 inch cinnamon sticks 
  6. 5 elachi or cardamom 
  7. 7 cloves
  8. 1 tbsp Shahi jeera 
  9. 2 big size onions, chopped in small size 
  10. ½ tsp salt
  11. 5 green chilies, chopped slightly 
  12. 1 tsp turmeric powder 
  13. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 
  14. Few mint leaves 
  15. Few coriander leaves
  16. 4 tomatoes, chopped in small size
  17. ½ tsp garam masala 
  18. Water as required 
  19. Few coriander leaves 

Other preparation:

  • Wash the Mutton with some salt and turmeric twice and wash with normal water

Preparation of Mutton curry with step-by-step instructions and video:

For marinate:

  • Add all ingredients(ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, oil) for marinate and mix everything together so that masala should mix with Mutton pieces
  • Rest for 15 minutes 

For cooking:

  1. Heat the oil in the heavy bottomed vessel 
  2. Add jeera, bay leaves, elachi, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, shahi jeera and fry them for a while
  3. Add onions, salt to it and mix everything, cook until onion gets transparent 
  4. Add green chilies, ginger garlic paste and mix them fry them until raw smell goes out of it 
  5. Add turmeric to it mix them, add mint leaves and coriander leaves to it and mix them everything 
  6. Add marinate Mutton to it and mix them thoroughly and cook for 20 minutes with low to medium flame and cover the lid, Mix them occasionally
  7. Add tomatoes to it and mix them thoroughly and cook for 10 minutes 
  8. Add water with livers, mix them thoroughly and cook for another 10 minutes 
  9. Add garam masala to it and mix them thoroughly 
  10. Add coriander leaves and turn off the flame
