Ingredients: 

  1. 1 medium cabbage, chopped in small size
  2. 1 onion, chopped in small size
  3. 4 green chillies
  4. 2 tsp red Chilli powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds 
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 2 sprig curry leaves
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  10. Few coriander leaves
  11. 1tsp coconut powder



Cabbage recipe with step by step instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan
  2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves
  3. Add onion and green chillies saute it until it gt transparent
  4. Add turmeric powder and stir everything
  5. Add cabbage to it and mix everything and cover the lid, cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame
  6. Cabbage should become softened then add red chilli powder and salt to it and mix everything.
  7. Cook until the raw smell goes out and add coconut powder to it, mix everything and cook for a while, turn off the flame.
