Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of gram flour

  2. 1 cup of Bombay rava or suji

  3. 1/2 cup curd 

  4. 300ml of water

  5. 1 Potato grated

  6. 1 carrot grated 

  7. 1 tomato

  8. 2 green chillies

  9. 1 Capsicum chopped in small size

  10. 1 onion chopped in small size

  11. Few coriander leaves

  12. 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste

  13. 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder

  14. 1/2 tsp of coriander powder

  15. Salt to taste

  16. 1 tbsp of beer

  17. 1/2 tsp of cooking soda or baking soda 

  18. 4 tsp of oil 


Other preparation:


  1.  Add 1 cup of gram flour to a mixing bowl

  2. Add suji to the gram flour

  3. Add curd to it and mix well 

  4. So that the suji will become soft

  5. Rest it for 15 minutes

  1. Add potato grated to the gram flour mix

  2. Add carrot grated to the mixture

  3. Add all vegetables to the gram flour and suji mixture

  4. Add jeera to it and mix well 

  5. Add baking soda or cooking soda to it mix well using water

  6. The mixture should be like a dosa batter.

  1. Heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan or non-stick pan

  2. Spread the mixture in a pan like a cutlet and roast it

  3. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes 

  4. After cooking one side, turn to the other side and cook for another 2 minutes by closing the lid.

  5. Repeat the same process for the remaining mixture.

  6. Server with chutney for breakfast and snacks server with tomato ketchup
