Ingredients:
- 2 cups palak
- 1 onion
- 4 green chillies
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 tsp oil
- 2 sprigs curry leaves
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 5 garlic, crushed
- Few coriander leaves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tomatoes, chopped in small size
- 1/2 tsp turmeric

- Heat the oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic and curry leaves fry until they splitter
- Add onions and green chillies, saute it until it gets transparent
- Add turmeric powder and tomatoes to it and stir everything and cook until tomatoes get transparent
- Add palak/spinach and cover the lid, cook for 2 minutes or cook palak until they cook 60%
- Add red chilli powder and salt to taste, mix everything
- Cook until the raw goes for red chilli powder or a minute and add coriander powder to it, stir everything cooks for a while and turn off the flame
