Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups palak
  2. 1 onion
  3. 4 green chillies
  4. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 3 tsp oil
  7. 2 sprigs curry leaves
  8. 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. 5 garlic, crushed
  10. Few coriander leaves
  11. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  12. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  13. 2 tomatoes, chopped in small size
  14. 1/2 tsp turmeric

  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic and curry leaves fry until they splitter
  3. Add onions and green chillies, saute it until it gets transparent
  4. Add turmeric powder and tomatoes to it and stir everything and cook until tomatoes get transparent
  5. Add palak/spinach and cover the lid, cook for 2 minutes or cook palak until they cook 60%
  6. Add red chilli powder and salt to taste, mix everything
  7. Cook until the raw goes for red chilli powder or a minute and add coriander powder to it, stir everything cooks for a while and turn off the flame
