Ingredients:
- 1 cup moong dal
- 1 sweet corn 🌽
- 6 green chilies
- 1 big onion
- Salt as per taste
- Few curry leaves
- 2 tsp rice flour
- Water as required
- Oil

- Wash and soak the moon dal for 3 to 4 hours
- Add the moon dal and sweet corn to the jar
- Add green chilies, curry leaves, onion and salt
- Grind them as a dosa batter by adding water to it
- Transfer to a bowl and rice flour, some water And mix everything
- Heat the dosa pan
- And spread the batter evenly like a dosa maintain low flame, cook for a while And apply oil to it now maintain medium to high flame
- Flip the dosa and cook for a while
