Ingredients:

  1. 5 boiled sweet potatoes
  2. 1 tsp jeera powder
  3. ½ tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp coriander powder
  5. ½ tsp hing
  6. Salt to taste
  7. A handful of coriander leaves
  8. 1 cup wheat flour
  9. 4 tsp oil
  10. 30 ml water


Preparation of sweet potatoes paratha with step by step instructions:

  1. Take boiled sweet potatoes to a mixing bowl
  2. Add jeera powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, hing and salt as per taste
  3. Add coriander leaves and combine everything by mashing the sweet potatoes
  4. Add wheat flour slowly don't add at a time, add according to the dough
  5. If required add water, Knead like a dough
  6. Add oil to the dough and knead it, and rest it for 5 minutes
  7. Take dough into pieces and make small balls according to the size of the paratha
  8. Spread loose wheat flour to the chapati board and roll it with the help of a rolling pin
  9. By sprinkle wheat flour roll it has a Chapathi
  10. Heat the Chapati pan 
  11. Place the rolled paratha in the pan and cook for a while and turn another side and spread the oil to it
  12. And turn another side and apply to it, turn another side and cook
  13. That's it, remove from the pan and serve hot.
  14. You can serve with dal or curd, here I am serving with dal


Another method for paratha:

  1. Before adding wheat flour take mixture as stuff for paratha
  2. Knead the wheat flour as a Chapati dough.
  3. Roll the dough and keep the sweet potatoes stuff to it and roll the paratha
  4. That it cook the paratha like Chapati
