Ingredients:

  1. ½ kg Chicken 
  2. 1 lemon
  3. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 ½ tsp red chilli powder
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tsp jeera powder
  7. 2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp chicken masala
  9. ½ tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp garam masala
  11. 2 tsp curd
  12. Few coriander leaves
  13. 1 onion chopped in big size
  14. Oil


Other Preparation of chicken barbecue:

  1. Take a mixing bowl
  2. Add chicken and squeeze the lemon
  3. Add all ingredients one by one and mix them completely
  4. Marinate for one hour or place the chicken in the refrigerator to add flavour or to make the chicken more tender
  5. Take a round metal tin which was opened on both sides


Preparation of chicken barbecue:

  1. Take a large tooth stick and insert one Chicken piece and one onion alternatively.
  2. Turn on the flame and place in, and place phulka pan over it
  3. Apply oil to it or brush the oil to the pan 
  4. And place inserted chicken and onion piece sticks to the pan
  5. Maintain low to medium flame and cook 
  6. Apply oil frequently or brush oil to the chicken pieces and turn slowly the sticks so that they cook evenly
  7. Repeat the same process for remaining chicken piece
  8. That it Chicken barbecue is ready to serve
