Ingredients:

  1. 3 potatoes, chopped in cube size
  2. 2 tomatoes chopped in small size
  3. 1 cup peas 
  4. 1 onion, chopped in small size
  5. 3 green chillies slit vertically
  6. 3 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 4 tsp oil
  9. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  11. 2 sprig curry leaves
  12. Few mint leaves
  13. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  14. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 2 tsp Kasuri methi powder
  16. 100 ml water

Other preparation:

  • Wash, peel and chop the potatoes. Add them to a bowl of salted water till we use them for cooking.

  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker
  2. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds to it and fry until they splitter
  3. Add chopped onions to it and fry until they get transparent
  4. Add curry leaves and mint leaves fry them for a while
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder to it and fry them until raw smell goes out of it
  6. Add chopped tomatoes to it and stir everything cook for 2 minutes
  7. Add red chilli powder and salt to taste stir everything and cook for 2 minutes until oil separates from the tomatoes
  8. Add chopped potatoes to it and stir everything
  9. Add water to it and mix them completely, add peas to it and stir everything
  10. Add coriander powder, Kasuri methi, and green chilli to it and stir them
  11. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 3 whistle
  12. After pressure releases open the lid and turn on flame and mash some potatoes so that it becomes thick gravy
  13. Add garam masala and coriander leaves, stir them and cook for a minute
  14. Turn off the flame.
