Tomato onion stuffed paratha with step-by-step instructions and images
Paratha are most commonly prepared in any household. There are different types of stuffed Paratha here. I am making tomatoes and onions, which are very easy to make.
By adding Besan flour or gram flour to the stuff it binds everything and gives a nice texture, and it doesn't break the stuff we prepared.
By adding ajwain to the flour makes it easier to digest and relieves gastric trouble and we can eat parathas on a full stomach.

Ingredients:
For dough making:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tsp ajwain
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp oil
- Water as required
For stuff making:
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 green chilies, chopped in small size
- 2 onions, chopped in small size
- 7 crushed garlic
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp jeera powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ turmeric powder
- 2 tomatoes, chopped in small size
- 3 tsp besan flour or gram flour
- Few coriander leaves chopped
For paratha making:
- 2 tsp oil
Preparation of tomato and onion stuffed paratha recipe:
Preparing dough for paratha:
- Take 2 cups of wheat flour to a mixing bowl
- Add salt, ajwain and oil mix everything
- Add water gradually don't add at a time mix completely and make soft dough
- Apply oil to the dough and rest it for 15 to 30 minutes
Preparing stuff for paratha:
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and garlic crushed fry them slightly
- Add green chilies, and crushed garlic
- Add onions to it and fry them until they splutter
- Add all spices (red chilli powder, salt, jeera powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder) mix everything and cook for a minute
- Add chopped tomatoes to it and mix everything and cook for a minute or until oil separates from them
- Add besan flour or gram flour to that mix everything and cook for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
- Add coriander leaves to that and mix everything, let it be cool and make small balls
Preparing Tomato and onions stuffed paratha:
- Take small portion of dough and roll through a rolling pin
- Take prepared stuff ball and place it on dough and join the edges perfectly
- And make ball and roll through a rolling pin
- Heat the Chapati pan and place the paratha on it after a minute flip the Chapathi and apply oil to it
- Again flip the paratha and apply oil to it and serve the paratha
