Chicken curry for small family with step by step instructions and images

Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken
- 4 tsp oil
- 1 big size onion, chopped in small size
- 4 green chilies
- 3 black pepper
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- 2 cardamom
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 big size tomato, chopped in small size
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chicken masala
- Water as required
- Few coriander leaves
Preparation of chicken curry with step by step instructions and images:
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan
- Add all masalas to pan (black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom) fry them
- Add onion and green chilies to the pan and fry them until they splutter
- Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder and cook for a minute or until raw smell goes out of it
- Add chicken to the pan and stir everything, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes
- Add tomato to that and stir everything and cook for a minute maintain low to medium flame
- Add red chilli powder and salt, mix them thoroughly cook for another 5 minutes
- Add chicken masala, garam masala to that and give a mix cook for a while
- Add few water if required mix everything and cook for another minute
- Add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame
